P2P File Sharing



File sharing is accessing or sharing of files by one or more users. It is performed on computer networks. It is an easy and quick way process to transmit data. It allows people to share and have access to resources and digital information. The most common shared files are documents-books, music, software, and video. P2P file stand for "peer to peer" networking. Files are easily copied from one system to another. P2P is commonly used for file sharing software applications, music file sharing, instant messaging and other network applications. In the article “The BitTorrent Effect” by Clive Thompson discuss that being able to file share you can easily share files with another person using P2P software BitTorrent.
